The eligibility criteria for HAL Vacancy 2025 are as follows:

- Technician (Mechanical): 3-year regular Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical).
- Civil: 3-year regular Diploma in Engineering (Civil).
- Accounts: B.Com from a recognized university and a professional certificate in PC operations (minimum 3 months).
- Stores Clerical/Commercial Assistant/Admin Assistant: University degree (BA/B.Com/B.Sc/BBA/BBM/BCA/BSW) and a professional certificate in typing/stenography/PC operations (minimum 3 months).
Age Limit:
- Unreserved (UR): Maximum 28 years as of 1st March 2025.
- OBC: Relaxation of up to 3 years.
- PwBD: Relaxation of up to 10 years.
- Ex-apprentice trainees: Age relaxation as per HAL rules.
Selection Process:
The selection process for HAL Vacancy 2025 includes the following stages:
- Written Test: A 2.5-hour test with three parts: General Awareness, English & Reasoning, and Discipline-specific questions.
- Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification.
- Medical Examination: Provisionally selected candidates must undergo a pre-employment medical examination.
- Candidates provisionally selected will have to undergo a Pre-Employment Medical Examination at HAL Hospital before joining HAL. Applicants should meet the Medical Standards as prescribed by the Company (Concerned authority in respect of PWBD candidates).
